Information in your meeting request
The form collects your name, company, role, email, solution of interest and optional description. An optional starting brief and limited campaign labels from the referring link may also be included. We store these to evaluate your request, contact you and follow up. You are not automatically added to a marketing list.
Sample AI experience
Only the synthetic data and task shown on screen are sent to OpenAI. Contact-form information is not included. Responses belong to your session and are not exposed to other visitors. This version does not accept uploaded files or real company data.
Technical records and retention
A necessary one-day demo session cookie and a keyed daily network identifier enforce usage limits. Raw IP addresses are not stored in the application database. Demo records older than 35 days and inquiries older than 180 days are deleted on the next demo session or administrator access. Hosting providers may maintain separate technical logs.
Drafts and experience measurement
Unsubmitted form drafts stay in this browser tab and are not restored after two hours from the last edit. Clear draft removes the form content and starting brief, preserving the selected solution and originating page. Campaign labels stay in the tab for two hours and are attached when you submit a request. Solution views, demo views and sample workflow completions are recorded for up to 35 days without form fields, raw IP addresses or persistent visitor IDs. Counts are not unique visitors. Client events are not sent when the browser enables Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control. AI usage and inquiry records are retained separately to operate the service.
Inquiry notifications
When Resend is configured, an inquiry notification is sent to Feray Apaydın. It contains only the solution type, request reference and protected administration link; applicant names, emails and messages are not included in the provider request. When signed delivery events are connected, notification references and delivery status are tracked in the administration workspace. Provider acceptance does not establish inbox delivery.
Infrastructure and your choices
The site runs on Sites/Cloudflare and uses OpenAI for live AI. Infrastructure includes service providers outside Türkiye; no Türkiye-only residency commitment is made. Email us to request correction or deletion. If you prefer not to use the form, contact us directly by email.
